I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the main sights in the city center and right in the heart of the old town area. the staff was helpful and friendly, providing me with a map and excellent recommendations. The hotel's proximity to Prado bus station made transportation convenient, and there was also safe parking available nearby. On top of that, there were great breakfast restaurants just around the corner.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the attractions we wanted to visit during our romantic escape. We couldn't have asked for a better spot! The room itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We loved the cozy atmosphere and the attention to detail. The location of Lukanda Mariana was fantastic, just a short walk from the Real Alcazar. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The hostess was friendly and helpful. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I would still recommend this place.
I stayed in a room without a window to the outside, which opened into the lobby of the building. The extractor fan wasn't working, making the bathroom very humid.
